For the first 4 weeks of Term 2 the focus will be Orienteering.  Students will learn how to use maps and compasses to navigate and complete challenges using course navigation skills.

The final 4 weeks of Term 2 will concentrate on Handball.  Students will learn how to play Handball, work within a team, and compete in a fun environment.  Handball is a great sport to learn simple catching, throwing and passing skills.

Ages 5 – 9 years 


This year long program is designed to introduce key fundamental movement skills specific to various sports such as badmington, netball, cricket and soccer.  In addition, students will learn the skills required to participate positively in team activities. 

Older students will learn to apply strategies for working cooperatively and apply rules fairly.

Ages 10 – 14 years

This year long program is designed to build on key fundamental movement skills specific to various sports such as badmington, netball, cricket and soccer.  In addition, students will practise the skills required to participate positively in groups and teams by encouraging others and negotiating roles and responsibilities. A short game practising the skills of the relevant sport will be played as part of each session.
