Home Education WA | Events & Workshops
Why should kids have all the fun of attending cool workshops?!
Home Education WA has brought together 12 fantastic presenters for a day of informative and practical workshops designed to provide useful ideas and skills for home-educating parents.
Cost: $5 each for HEWA members and $10 for non-members.
Attending professional development workshops as parents is an opportunity to nurture our own need to learn and grow, a chance to take time out to gain new strategies and fresh perspectives and to refill our well of inspiration!
Participants can choose to attend one workshop, a couple or a full day and childcare will be available for a small fee. “Never Stop Learning” is also a great chance to meet new people or network with friends, enjoy the park nearby after a workshop and recharge your parental batteries with enthusiasm for Term 3.

Childcare will offer your child an opportunity to enjoy some amazing educational resources suitable for students of all ages. These include Kapla (engineering and architecture play), Trix Tracks (creative physics play) and more. We will also have board games suitable for all ages, single-player logic puzzles and games, books and art available. There will be plenty to do and play with to suit students of all ages and personalities.
